Our Story

Eight months ago, a thought sparked in my mind: “Carry forward the legacy of the original Jolt N Bolt.” That beloved café, still going strong, sits on the corner of 18th and M Street in Washington, D.C.

When I moved to Arizona in 2010 to be closer to family, I missed the unique vibe and culture of that space. But it wasn’t until later in 2024 that I finally decided to hit “play.”

Since May 2024, we’ve been building Project Jolt N Bolt from the ground up, from the furniture and menu to the outdoor patio, and indoor fountains. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the spirit of the original.

On February 7, 2025, we officially “hit the button,” and since then, every interaction with our patrons here in Gilbert has been nothing short of amazing.

It’s truly been a love-love relationship.
